Blogging in two places?

I used to write my blog at Wordpress. All those old blog posts are still there at meridianjacobs.wordpress.com . One thing I liked about it was that I could easily search backwards to find something I was looking for and I could check up on the blogs I was following at the time. Also I like the fact that they are still there. I don’t know why or how, but it seems that the cyber world is a huge place and my blog can live there forever. I’m pretty sure that at Squarespace if I stop paying for my website my blog posts are gone. So I’m debating going back…at least for the posts that are more about my life and less about the business—but at this point it’s almost all the same thing. So I just wrote my first blog post at Wordpress since 2019. If you want to see photos of the hike we did in Colusa County a couple of weeks ago see this post.

Here is part of where the worlds collide. Yes, we were going to find a place to hike and see wildflowers, but it was after delivering wool to the mill in Ukiah, and I brought along my Ashford e-spinner to see if I liked spinning in the car. By the way, it works great!

Here is a flower picture that is not in the other post. I have to decide if it makes sense to blog in two places…
