Color on the Loom CANCELLED

Explore how colors interact with each other on and off the loom and how different weave structures impact color.

Day 1: Discuss color choices and the effects of sett and weave structure on the final appearance of the piece. Design a scarf, wind the warp, and dress the loom. (This is a good second class if you have taken Learn to Weave and still feel shaky about warping.)
Day 2: Weave the scarf, making choices about weft as you go. (This day is optional if you want to weave at home.)

This class will not only give you insight about choosing color combinations; it is also a great refresher if you haven't done much weaving, are coming back to weaving after a long time or want to learn back-to-front warping.

You will be guided through the whole process of warping and weaving and finish your scarf during the class period.
