What do you do with Meridian Jacobs Lambskins?
Step into luxury by putting a lambskin on the floor next to your bed. Snuggle into a lambskin on the back of the couch. Try a lambskin on your weaving bench, piano bench, or folding chair. A lambskin on your car seat will keep you warm in the winter and cooler in the summer and avoid that 'shocking' experience (static electricity)some of you have when sliding out of a car seat. A lambskin makes a great gift for a new mom--luxury for her on her rocking chair or comfort for baby under the crib sheet. Elderly friends or family members will also relish the warmth and softness of a lambskin in a favorite chair or on the couch. Meridian Jacobs lambskins are washable. What are Jacob horn buttons?
Jacob horn buttons are made from the horns of the rams that are processed for meat. Each button is unique because each horn has a unique shape and color. Even a horn that is black on the outside may have a striking pattern when sliced into buttons. Some buttons are sliced horizontally across the horn to create rounded or oval based shapes. Other buttons are cut from the base of the horn in angled shapes.
These buttons as intended for closures or add for accent to your Jacob wool pieces as in Jackie's cape.

Got socks?

We have lots of socks. Our socks are amazingly light weight and warm! They are light enough to wear in most shoes, but extraordinarily warm and cozy. The yarn for the gray socks is spun from our Jacob wool with the addition of 30% nylon for added strength. We also have dark brown socks that were made from the wool of a local Rambouillet flock. Both colors come in 2 styles (crew and quarter length) and 3 sizes. To see the socks click here.
